The signature dish, the premium Wagyu beef yukke with special sauce, is a masterpiece that can only be made with such freshness! Our specialty! Charbroiled Wagyu beef tongue with a fragrant finish.In addition, the main dish of beef tongue shabu-shabu is served by simply dipping it in the specially made broth for 5 seconds! The crispness and softness of the meat go perfectly with the broth! It also comes with a 2-hour all-you-can-drink menu of over 60 types of beer, including draft beer and Kaku Highball!
