Our signature dish, premium Wagyu beef yukke with a special sauce, is an exceptional dish made possible by the freshness of the ingredients! Our specialty! Charbroiled Wagyu beef tongue is finished with a fragrant aroma.The main dish, beef tongue shabu-shabu, is simply dipped in our specially made broth for just 5 seconds! The crispness and tenderness of the meat go perfectly with the broth! It also comes with a 2-hour all-you-can-drink menu with over 60 types of drinks, including draft beer and Kaku Highball!
